The Opportunity :
CACI is seeking an Information Systems Security Engineer Team Member who will support the head of a mid-size to large Crypto and Key Management Program for the CACI organization. The ISSE would support DoN efforts on a joint program supporting KMI and Crypto products. Focus is on preparing and shepherding accreditation packages through the Authority to Operate (ATO) and Authority to Connect (ATC) process.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with government personnel to prepare and present RMF packages in support of the accreditation of various systems
Participate in DoN level collaboration meetings about accreditation activities
Prepare and upload RMF documentation to eMASS
Lead the development and maintenance of security documentation such as the System Security Plan, Privacy Impact Assessment, Configuration Management Plan, Contingency Plan, Contingency Plan Test Report, POA&M, annual FISMA assessment, and incident reports.
Assess system compliance against NIST and DoD security requirements to include the NIST 800-53 controls and DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Security Requirements Guides (SRGs)
Work with system administrators, engineers, and ISSM to create or update system/site policies, procedures, and process guides.
Collaborate with system engineers and technicians on the remediation of findings
Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance
Must have 5 years of experience in assisting with accrediting C4IRS systems
Experience with eMASS
Must have some network engineering/configuration knowledge and experience
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Strong organizational and time management skills
Desired:
Completed DoN RMF training
Sole preparer of RMF packages for accreditation
Experience with Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)
Experience in RMF policy development and strategy implementation

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$74,600-$156,700
