CACI is seeking a Force Level R-Supply Subject Matter Expert (SME) with experience and knowledge related to Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS), R-Supply and Surface 3M.

What You’ll Get to Do:

The SME will be a key contributor supporting training and readiness, to include:

  • Assist ships with reconciling Stock in Transit (SIT) via ERMS SIT Listing, Proof of Receipt, Proof of shipment and proof of delivery and send lists from ERMS to units when they cannot download their current reports.

  • Provide training for Relational Supply (R-Supply) AIS per the SURFSUP 4400.1A and 5040.1D SMC instruction and provide support to LHAs/Ds during inspection cycle.

  • Troubleshoot and problem solve database errors in R-Supply via distance support and onboard assist visit. ships while deployed.

*Weekly review of CMP Pulse point grid website for weekly submissions of CMP Extractions and provide assistance to Force level units to load files if they are unable to load.

  • Provide recommendations on how to maintain Stock and DTO MOFS to stay in mandated TYCOM readiness Goals.

  • Perform Supply Management Assessments for LHA/Ds and Pre-deployment Assist visits.

  • Develop training and power point presentations demonstrating how to perform data base maintenance for NALCOMIS and R-Supply.

  • Prepare monthly aged SIT and SIT TYPE reports greater than 30 days for the monthly readiness briefing, with trends of increased and decreased SIT numbers

  • Be the lead for NAVSUP on top SIT Items by dollar value and coordinate with Force Level units on how to reconcile high visibility, high dollar SIT items

  • Expert in SAMMA SAL DATA Redistributable Assets on Board (RAB), Redistributable Assets on Order (RAO), send semi-annual excel reports to NAVSUP BP-28 POCs.

  • Provide recommendations to Staff when units need to conduct excess SMART OFFLOADS to CARP.

  • Download monthly change notice from ERP and send out to all Force Level Units and upload to CMP reference Library before the 5th of every month

  • Download Annual Price change from ERP and send out to all Force Level Units and upload to CMP reference Library before the end of the Fiscal Year

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • US Citizen

  • Active DOD SECRET security clearance (must be current)

  • Ten (10) years of experience in Force Level R-Supply, Inventory Management, Financial Management, and the functionality of Naval Supply.

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or related business discipline is desired. In lieu of a degree, an additional eight (8) years of experience in Supply, inventory management, financial management and the functionality of R-Supply is acceptable.

  • Working knowledge of the NAVSUP Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) functions, regarding Inventory and Financial Management within the Navy Enterprise Resource Program (ERP).

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of SURFSUP 4400.1A and 5040.1D SMC INSPECTION.

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Force Level R-SUPPLY. This knowledge must include the ability to identify and troubleshoot application and data driven anomalies causing failures.

  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools (ex. Word, Excel).

  • Demonstrable analytical and critical thinking.

  • Ability to document detailed procedures

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have :

  • The ideal candidate would have experience obtained as a former U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Logistics Specialist with tours onboard CVN’s, LHD’s or LHA’s.

  • Possess strong verbal and writing skills to effectively prepare and conduct briefings and individual and seminar training.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$56,000-$117,500
