What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI's Corporate Enterprise Services is seeking an experienced IT Enterprise Service Owner to drive the innovation and efficiency across our 23,000+ employee enterprise. Lead the development and delivery of network, architecture, and software capabilities to optimize operations and drive business impact. Manage product backlogs and incorporating stakeholder feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Spearhead initiatives for DFARS compliance, cloud adoption, and data protection. Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on major IT initiatives. Ensure governance of policy and compliance technology, meeting, or exceeding government standards. Collaborate closely with our Corporate Cyber Services group to maintain robust security measures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance technical expertise with business acumen. More about this Role:

  • Leadership and Strategy: • Drive the vision and development of product roadmaps for IT services • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on major IT initiatives • Lead and mentor high-performing technical teams on complex projects

  • Service Development and Management: • Oversee end-to-end service development, from user story creation to sprint planning • Manage product backlogs, incorporating stakeholder needs and feedback • Set and communicate expectations with business stakeholders for new capabilities and features • Guide development of acceptance criteria, feature tests, and regression tests

  • Stakeholder Engagement: • Serve as the primary interface between customers, IT teams, and business units • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to develop and document requirements • Understand and prioritize business and end-user needs to inform feature development

  • Compliance and Security: • Ensure adherence to DFARS compliance standards and NIST 800 series in all projects • Maintain a zero-trust environment using technical expertise and industry best practices • Support initiatives for CACI's compliant operating networks, cloud service adoption, and data protection • Ensure IT initiatives are engineered and deployed secure and compliant by following industry best practices.

  • Infrastructure and Technology: • Guide infrastructure development including Software Defined Networking (SDN), Wireless, IP networks, and OT/IoT • Analyze CACI's infrastructure to identify and address gaps using data analysis tools • Ensure all IT initiatives are engineered and deployed with a security-first mindset

Documentation and Support: • Provide comprehensive documentation for the Enterprise IT Group • Collaborate with vendors and third parties to maintain security and compliance standards • Continuously assess and improve IT services based on stakeholder feedback and industry trends

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in network, Cyber Security tools and practices.

  • Authentication mechanisms, methods, and protocols.

  • Robust networking understanding.

  • Knowledge of major Cloud Service Providers and their implementations.

  • Previous architectural expertise in large enterprises.

  • Knowledge of current and next generation IT technologies.

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.

  • Ability to understand complex business problems and identify and interpret business needs.

  • Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies.

  • Demonstrated facilitation and influencing skills to drive decision making among stakeholders with diverse perspectives and priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work in a team-centric environment.

  • Experience drafting technical requirements, procedure outlines, and network diagrams to enhance system security documentation.

  • Analyze reports, review process documentation, assess test results and remediation plans.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Direct experience as a Product or Service Manager/Owner.

  • Service delivery certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner Certification) a plus.

  • Cyber Security tools and practices.

  • Experience working within the DoD.

  • ML, Gen-AI, LLM expertise

  • CYSA+, CISSP, Networking, and other relevant certifications

  • Secret or Top-Secret clearance

  • Previous experience with GRC related activities

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$80,600 - $169,200
